Mr. Jan Smolders Jan

Jan Smolders has a wide range of experience in the areas of environmental management and sustainability. He has been a CSR and sustainability consultant, an expert advisor on climate change, sustainability, soil and groundwater in China and throughout Asia and is an experienced CDM validation and verification Team Leader and UNFCCC methodology expert. He also has experience in climate change and renewable energy.

Dr. Jiafu Su

Dr. Jiafu Su is an Associate Professor of Chongqing Technology and Business University (CTBU) in China. His research expertise and interests include innovation management, green supply chain and Circular Economy. He has published more that 50 SSCI/SCI papers.

Ms. Souksaveuy Keotiamchanh

Souksaveuy is a founder of Zero Waste Laos, working on waste management, climate change and youth development for sustainability engaging with private, government and development sector partners.. Souksaveuy has gained expertise in CE in Laos through supporting the development of National Plastic Action Plan in Laos and conducting the assessment of the plastic waste situation in Vientiane as well as implementing projects with communities. She was the 2022 winner of the Women of the Future Awards S.E. Asia in the ESG category. She has a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering and Management from the Asian Institute of Technology,

Dr. Sidxay Makvilay

Dr. Sidxay Makvilay is Deputy Head of Environment Policy Division, Department of Environment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE), Lao PDR. His work focuses on pollution prevention and waste management including plastic waste management. He is works on developing and implementing laws and regulations as well as strategy plans related to dealing with plastic pollution in Laos. Currently, he is drafting a decree on waste management and working on the national plastic action plan for Lao PDR.

Mr. Kongsak Dokbua

Mr. Dokbua, Vice President at PITH, has led many projects and studies in the area of plastic recycling in the overall scope of CE and is a member of the Permanent Secretariate of the ASEAN Federation of Plastics Industries (AFPI).

Mr. Nattula Wongta

Mr. Wongta, Supervisor Standard Testing Section at PITH, works on the development and promotion of The Bioeconomy Industry, the transformation of the Bio-Plastics Industry and assisting the move towards Thailand 4.0.

Mr. Krisada Ruangchotevit

Mr. Ruangchotevit a Circular Economy Manager at SCG Chemicals, SCGC, where he serves as the Head of their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Office. Dr. Thantip Punmatharith

Dr. Thantip Punmatharith is a Managing Director at Get Solutions. She has a Doctor of Philosophy and M.S.in Environmental Management from Chulalongkorn University and she is a consultant and specialist to the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) and Department of Industrial Work (DIW) in this field. She has expert proficiency in many areas such as Circular Economy, Waste Management, Corporate Sustainability and Recycling and Renewable Technology.

Mr. Istvan Rado

Mr. Istvan Rado is an Assistant Professor at Thammasat University’s School of Global Studies and has a PhD in Political Science from, University of Vienna. His research focuses on the areas of social innovation, sustainable transitions, social impact strategies, social innovation in Southeast Asia. His recent research studies include “Towards Inclusive Urban Waste Systems: Integrating Informal Waste Workers for a Circular Economy” and “The Formulation of a Comprehensive Waste Disposal Model by People’s Participation in Pathumthani Province”.

Mr. Jett Virangkabutra

Mr. Jett Virangkabutra is an adjunct lecturer at Mahidol University International College (MUIC), School of Global Studies at Thammasat university and Department of Industrial design at King Mongkut university of Technology, Thonburi. His work has focused on design-oriented subjects such as social innovation, service design and professional development. Focusing on Human Centered Design and Creative Thinking Methodologies.
